Before founding Medical Device Recruiters in 1993, I was highly successful in sales and sales management, spending 14 years with IBM and six years with ADP. I founded Medical Device Recruiters with the mission of doing high-level search and placement exclusively in the medical device and medical technology industry.
I specialize in upper-level sales management, marketing management, and R&D management positions. I predominately work on priority and retained search assignments where we’ve formed a partnership with our client companies. As an office owner and recruiter, I have developed many long-term relationships with candidates, companies, and hiring authorities within the medical device industry.
I am committed to satisfying the requirements of my client companies and candidates. My goal is to accomplish this quickly while providing complete and up to date information to all parties. I recruit the best available candidates for my client companies. I am as selective as the job description requires. When I present a candidate to a client company, that candidate will most likely have a proven, verifiable, and quantifiable track record of success. The candidates I recruit will have the medical device industry experience requested by the hiring authority.
