My experience at Medical Device Recruiters Inc. started in 1997 as a researcher while in college at Florida State University. Upon graduation in January 2001, I started as a full time recruiter. I have been successful by thoroughly understanding the needs of my medical device industry clients and by my dedication to exceeding their expectations. My primary focus is to provide both my client companies and candidates with options in their hiring or job-seeking processes. Listening to the needs of my client companies as well as listening to the goals of the candidates has made me successful in matching the right person with the right opportunity at the right time in their career. Working in one of the top medical device recruiting offices in the country that focuses exclusively on the medical device industry, we truly understand the medical device space and are passionate about the industry. We take pride in our ability to introduce candidates to our clients with the confidence that this is a place where they would want to work long term. We have a proven process that we utilize on each and every priority or retained search.  This process allows us to deliver consistent and reproducible results for our candidates and client companies.
